Chicken Thigh Meat with Chorizo Spices

Ingredients (1 serving)

 

  • ½ lb Campfire Meats Ground Chicken with Chorizo Spices

  • ½ lb diced potatoes

  • 1 egg

  • 1 avocado

  • Olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste

 

 

Preparation

 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the ground chicken until hot and lightly browned.

  2. Fry the diced potatoes in a separate pan until golden and tender.

  3. Cook the egg to your preference.

  4. Serve together with sliced avocado.

 

Chicken Breast Salad

Ingredients

 

  • 1 chicken breast

  • Garlic & onion seasoning

  • 1 tomato

  • 1 onion

  • Lettuce

 

 

Preparation

 

  1. Season the chicken breast to taste and cook until fully done.

  2. Chop the vegetables and prepare the salad.

  3. Slice the chicken, add to the salad, and serve.

Chicken Drummettes

Ingredients

 

  • Chicken drumettes

  • Garlic & onion seasoning

  • Olive oil (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

 

Preparation

 

  1. Season the drumettes with garlic & onion seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  2. Place in a preheated oven at 375°F or cook in a skillet with a small amount of olive oil.

  3. Cook until fully heated through and the skin is golden brown.

  4. Serve warm and enjoy.

Frenched Drummettes

Ingredients

    •    1 lb Frenched chicken drumettes

    •    ¼ cup barbecue sauce

    •    Garlic & onion seasoning, to taste

    •    Salt and pepper, to taste

    •    Celery sticks

    •    Carrot sticks

 

Preparation

    1.    Season the frenched drumettes with garlic & onion seasoning, salt, and pepper.

    2.    Place in the air fryer and cook at 370°F for 25 minutes, turning halfway if needed.

    3.    Toss with barbecue sauce if desired.

    4.    Serve with celery, carrots, and your favorite dressing.

Drumsticks

Ingredients

 

  • 1 pack fully cooked chicken drumsticks

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • ½ cup rice

  • Salad (tomato, onion, and lettuce)

 

 

Preparation

 

  1. Reheat the drumsticks in boiling water or in the oven until hot.

  2. Prepare the rice and fresh salad.

  3. Serve together for an easy meal ready in under 10 minutes.

    1.    Heat oil in a pan and add the teriyaki chicken thigh pieces.

    2.    Cook until heated through, then add broccoli and cook to your liking.

    3.    Cook rice with water, salt, garlic, and onion until tender.

    4.    Serve together and enjoy.
