Campfire Meats operates a 65,000 sqft Organically certified SQF USDA facility in Modesto, CA, the heart of the Central Valley. We’re located just off HWY 99, by the Tuolumne River. If you look west driving from either direction, you will see our CAMPFIRE MEATS signs and our Cowboy Cooking at the Campfire painting on the side of the front of the building.
We Grind, Cut and Cook, priding ourselves in providing Quality meats including Poultry, Beef and Pork locally sourced from family farms. Our team of 95 associates are highly skilled, and in their tasks of providing craftsmen specialize cuts, and further processing of these meats. We employ many methods to ensure quality meats are produced and supplied to our customer safely and securely.
We have the ability to custom pack your order to customer specifications and offer a variety of specialty cuts to suit every need. Our small fleet of trucks delivers daily to the San Francisco Bay Area and other local points.
Our cooking room, provides both industrial and foodservice customers, with Fully Cooked meat products. We utilize a Sous Vide method of cooking to ensure safe food standards for our customers. We back this up with sampling for food-borne pathogens in our state-of-the-art on-site Food Lab.
We are USDA Certified Organic, by Oregon Tilth and third part audited for SQF buy NFS. Our facility is inspected daily by the USDA and is HACCP certified. Our in-house Quality Assurance and Inventory Control automation is state-of-the-art, giving us the ability to provide you with the freshest, safest meats products available.
